question on mob damage

I've been noticing that since last VU, mobs are doing some strange things damage wise. An Atrox Provider will normally do about 2.3 damage to my Nemesis armor with 5B plates. But lately, they will hit for 20.+ damage frequently. The armor is fully repaired as are the plates. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this normal ?

What i mean is they do the normal 2.3 mostly, but often there is the 20.+ in there too. Sometimes too frequently.

I noticed it too on my rascal... but only when my rascal become a little decayed (like after 2 hunt of 100ped). Before the VU, the damage done by the mobs were almost constant... Now, their range is more wide. fe, the snarg (mature or old) do about 30 on a rascal full repaired and after some time, they began to do 30.1-30.5 but now, they can hit me with some 35-38 dmg instead of those 30.X !

Dunno, what MA have done but i think it's kinda related with the fact that now the Interval theory for the fap is outdated too.....
