"Ping-Pong" Hunting STRAGIE answered!!

I would like to know if using the "ping-pong" effect is considered taking advantage of an exploit. i.e. finding a spider, lets say, and having 2 hunters shoot it to draw the mob to each hunter, from long range, causing the mob to go back and fourth to each hunter, until it dies. If this is INDEED considered an exploit, I will stop hunting large mobs that way.

Hi! No this is not taking advantage of an exploit, this is - I would say - a skilled hunters strategie. Just be aware, we are currently working on improving the AI of the animals and you might have to change your strategie a bit in the future. But until then, let´s hunt em down! :-)

That doesnt make sense, he sent in a support thats what they said. I dont understand how standing and shooting somthing, LIKE u would have anyway, just in a timed way, I Honestly DO not see the exploit in that....

This cant be an exploit. Mobs have their own intelligence given my MA. Ping Pong is hunting strategy especially for mobs with large damage potential.

Of course this is not exploit.
It is something MA wants more of. AI will also come more and more and then hunters also need to work more and more in team to take down larger prey.
