Hunting etiquette or not?

Quit your jibber jabber if i saw you in RL and we both saw that there was a breifcase filled with cash at exactley the same time we would both go for it am i correct or am i wrong ?

Think off it in real life terms anything ingame just does not belong too anyone but mindark!!!! its a free game so i will take what i want then so will you.

And as for these players that are so ethical in such matters ts clearly just an ingame persona either that or your simply here to fill the fat cats face.

I think one who dose that is rude and stupid. In that mob, are better chances to be no loot or crap loot. But bad behaviour show a frustrated personality. I am not an uber, but I can deal more damage than many of those who hunt around me, but I never go after some other people mob. All I can say, is that his name should be made public so we all know when we have to stay away from such an avatar.

I'm curious about something ... I've seen a lot of comments like this and posts where people go off and are rude and insulting and then say ... "sorry, I'm drunk" ... which gives the impression that the behavior should be excused because someone was drunk. Am I understanding this correctly?

I've hunted enough lately in the same area you're talking about and have seen where I can tag a mob and he'll turn and run to someone else in the area when it was clear that I was the only one who shot him. However, if I've tagged a mob and continue to shoot it and it's running toward me while I'm shooting it, then for someone to run after the mob while it's running at me is just plain rude.

Whether you think it's part of EU or not, it's just a common courtesy to NOT kill steal. For those who do it ... you wouldn't like it if it were done to you, and for sure would be bitching about it either ingame or at the forum, or even doing what you could to get revenge on the person who did it.

There will always be those who don't care one way or another, and NO ... being uber doesn't mean being an !@#$%^& ... he/she is perhaps one of the exceptions.

OK....It happends sometime in hunting but to say (following answer: "See you in PVP") thats rude ... Write down the name and when you get uber do like he or she said to you -See you in PVP....Not once but many times...

I call those who "kill steal" -"scavengers" much like vultures, who'll wait until the creature is near death, then kill and loot away from you. Surely, this is "impolite" to say the least but it stands to reason that the "wild west" format that seems to pervade EU is hopefully a step along the evolutionary pathway. Yes, this IS going to happen but maybe within a few months (years...or maybe never), it'll get better.

All I can say is: be vigilent, look around you while you hunt, keep clear of green dots...(oddly enough, it used to be the other way around...)

I don't think it works like this. He who imposes the most damage may loot the item. Didn't know about this. stumbled upon a low level mob that was already damaged earlier today. No person in view, (probably dead), so I killed the mob.

Msg I got was that I could not loot the animal since it wasn't mine.

The # 1 worst offender is some noob called gun tower. Ok maybe not a noob he/she does 1 shot em everytime.

Always kills my mobs after I pour a bunch of ammo in them.

becouse that is esy too get as there is some rich people ingame.

"uber" is more like thos who have knowledge and respected honored people that dont scamm others instedd they help people, iff they wana be rude here there is game called "diablo11" that game is perfect four those people.
