Both sniper and pistoleer charts have just been updated with a huge amount of guns from VU 8.12. A total of 16 extra guns added and the pistol chart made almost double the height. And there is still much more to come!!

Thx a lot for the credit you give on the charts - Im just glad someone can use this... Keeps me wanting to update

...and here we go. Graphical chart of all grenadier weapons giving grenadier related skills. Support weapons: grenade launchers and rocket shooters. Skills given by these weapons are identical. NO known difference in skillgain using either rocket- or grenade guns.

And for new readers: The number in parantesis (27) after the name of the gun, is the level required to start using the gun. However it will not be economically proficient to use the gun untill it is maxed out at 10/10 hitability. This will happen approximately at 4-6 levels higher than the reqommended number.

I noticed that I didn't update PE-Wiki with the info. on the Eraktor Ekk 100 (L)
grenade launcher. It says recommended level 16, so you are close!

I updated PE-Wiki with as much info as I could recall from screenies and the decay if I recall is correct at 24 pec but I will check that when I get home.

Excellent update! Can't give you anymore +rep yet.

I've read lots of threads on the pros and cons of the (L) implementation progress, and I have mixed feelings about it too. Ultimately, I'd love to become skilled enough to get mid-high lvl UL weapons in each of the categories and be able to use them efficiently. The SIB bonus (L) approach has worked rather well for me, and I suspect that is part of MA's thinking as a way to offset the recent skilling nerf. The downside for me is that I'm at a level now where it has become rather pricey to get the weapons I want to move up to, for something that's going to break and get thrown into the TT at some point.

Also, what's with the big gap on BLP rifiles between the Manis and M15? Maybe have to wait for another VU for the intermediate steps. And I could've sworn that I saw Jimmy Chief smacking people around in the ring with a bigger laser rifle than the LR53. Maybe that was the gun, and just his uber PVP skills that did the smackin'

Wow. Absolutely fanTASTIC! Thanks from me too for all of your hours and hours of hard work, it really is exceptionally helpful to me and many, many others.

Also, I don't have any stats for you, unfortunately, but I saw the recent discovery of the Detpil 2000 (L) either yesterday or the day before. I'm assuming it will nicely fill the void above the 1000.

Ahem, we have a problem with MA EULA now ;-))) So we'd need to find 2 new playerz supporting us to do this ...
