I was curious, do personal storage units and personal crafting terminals drop anymore? if so, what drops them? if not, I do dare ask how much they go for?

There are no personal storage terminals. There are a few crafting terminals, but no they do not drop to my knowledge.

There were also a few personal revival terminals, but Mindark removed them and replaced them with revival chips (or PED, but I think most took the chip).
