Peice of Paper: Analysis

In order to know what we must do with all that is given us, we must know what it means.
Ok, this definetly has to mean something. So lets start from the begining, what we see:

Black Circles:
This are of all sizes, spheres, they remind me of a solar system.
The central one being the sun, with planets around. THis would auctually fit the structure of a solar system. Since the smallest "planet" is closest to the sun, and the 2 similar in size planets are at about same distance. And on the left the biggest planet is onthe outskirts.

Besides the 8 clearly visible blackspots, there is many tiny spots, that look like they are orbiting the orbs. So moons.

Red Creatures:
I got not even an idea of where to start.

Symbols:
Not sure. But on the left it looks like N I J, on the blow up.

Trees?: I assume that they are trees since they stick out to the sky and touch the ground.

Yellow part of the sky:
This looks like fire coming from the trees:

White sky:
Normal sky, i dunno why its white though not light blue.

Notes:
Since we are sort of following mayan principles, we used them in the notes to get dates i did reserach: This is what i found, which i think is the background for this event:

"The Milky Way is observed as a bright, wide band of stars arching through the sky. In the clear skies of ancient Mesoamerica, many dark, blotchy areas could be observed along the Milky Way's length. These are "dark cloud" formations caused by interstellar dust. The most prominent of these is called the "dark-rift" or the "Great Cleft" of the Milky Way. It looks like a dark road running along the Milky Way, and it points right at the cosmic crossing point, the center of the Maya Sacred Tree, right where the sun will be in 2012! The Maya called this dark-rift the Black Road, or the Road to the Underworld. They seem to have imagined it as a portal to another world, and the December solstice sun can enter it only in A.D. 2012.

You're talking of the tree that is sustained by one deity on each cardinal direction and that goes through hell and heaven?

I don't think those drawings are related to Mayan culture at all...
Mayan drawings were more like square cryptic hyeroglyphs resembling those in Egypt than such detailed and ambiguous drawings here.
Then again, in Mexico City, people is much more influenced by the Aztec (Or Mexica) culture than the Mayan culture...

I'll have to do a research myslef.
I think I'm mixing some concepts and myths.
That's a shame for a cutured Mexican such as me.

DAMN! I left my Mexican History and Culture Encyclopedias in Querétaro...

...but 2012??? I know MA events have a habit of never ending, but thats 5 years away... how many people playing now are likely to still be playing in 5 years?

Its been a while since I watched it but doesnt the movie called The Fountain (2006) with Hugh Jackman sort of touch what you desribe?

Interesting concept on the piece of paper. I am curious just how it will all turn out.

I will still be on game five years from now, well 90 percent chance at least. Irkens celebrating third year in Feb, and Im just getting started. I have met too many good people and had too much fun to ever walk away. The note, i stopped analyzing long ago, will just wait till something happens and go have fun meanwhile. Will I miss out out on some uber gun or armor, perhaps. But let the diehard orb followers gather retribution for the time spent, or is it time wasted, we shall see. Im happy to sweat the next snable and say hello to all my friends.

And i agree drawing aint mayn, egyptian or anything at all, its umm like cavemen drawings.

BTw from the blow up, the left symbols auctually look like N I J from top to bottom

And, if you crane your necks to the right,
the scribblings look suspiciously like hurriedly hand-written kanji....
But, I don't know anything about kanji,
so I'm in no position to say such a thing.

Now, what seems more interesting to me is the red marks on the top-left corner.
It looks like the imprint of the top-right corner of a left hand.
And it looks like it's half-dried blood...
And there are many droplets around, you see.
Some where shot directly form above and some others splotched diagonally...
The droplets were also projected with moderate energy;
Nothing too violent or too high it seems.

The paper clearly wasn't at hand when the violent part took place.

Yes, people have made references to CSI
(a great program IMHO) when I start analysing like this.
