Reason to NOT help out MA in events

During the recent Exa, Atrox event I thought I'd help out and get some Exa dna on my land. Purchased 3 Exa dna, the fertilizer (considerable amount) and made max numbers min maturity.
Set the exa's to remove when the event ended. Unfortunately there was a problem so I contacted support. See below.

I should think I would as I only included the exa's to help out with your event.

Things like this just drive me crazy. It's a known issue, but they can't compensate you. Reminds me of the makeup mask issue. Clearly in both cases they can see what happened and ought to be able to easily compensate you. Seems like a couple lines in a database table just need to be updated. Things like this are reasons I don't invest in a shop or other things like that which are of high value. Every time that I get tempted to make a big deposity and buy a shop or whatever, I remember support cases ilke this...

Seems like the shops down in Thorkels tomb or the buried fertilizer shed. No compensation - so sad too bad says MA.

But I lost ped says the customer - You get what you get, don't throw a fit says MA.
