Land Acquisition, business plan and CEO wanted.

Hello to all.

I'm pretty new to entropia universe. (playng since 2 weeks)
I have been attracted on this world reading some artciles on newspapers about his growing economy and it's unique model. I have some investments on second life, but i'm quitting from SL because i think that it's economic model is going to crash on itself.

Loorking on this community, i have convinced myself that any kind of works in entropia universe (hunter, tamer, crafter, ecc) is only a sort of gambling (where the people put into the market 1000 and get back 750, or like this), and the only profitable ways is the acquisition of a land, or the trading of enmatters.

I have decided to invest in a LAND and i planned to invest between 25000 and 30000 euro.
I'm graduated in economy and commerce, but, as i said before, i'm pretty new to entropia universe and i haven't the needed knowledge for make a business plan, so my offer for the community is the following:

I'm looking for 2 profession figures, a land CEO, and a Land Co-Manager.
The Land CEO must have excellent knoweledge in economy, and good Knowledge in Entropia Universe. the Land Co-Manager must have basic economic knoweledge and excellent knowledge in entropia Universe.
The offers is, if i decide to make this investment, share of 10% of the profits for the land CEO and 5% of the profits for the land Co-manager.

If anyone is interested in this opportunity, send me a private message with his CV (experience in real life and in EU), and a small preview (but detailed) of it's business plan, refering to the investment cost (land,DNA, promoters, other), the plan of the recovery of the investment, the ROI, the Marketing cost, and a resume of it's idea on what a land must have for attract players, ecc. Write also a small analysis on the main problems to face and the "core" of your plan for "make the difference" between our land and the others.
Please, use real statistics and economics data, and report the sources.

I will choose the candidate that meet my requirements, and, starting from the preview business plan sent, we will develop a real business plan for this investment; as said before, after developped the business plan, if i decide to risk this investment, the candidates who helped me will begin CEO and Co-Manager of the land, with a share of 10% and 5% of the profit and a real life contract will be signed.

Welcome to EU. It sounds like a very nice business proposition. I'm sure you will find many highly qualified individuals for these positions.

I'd consider applying for it myself if I thought I had the time to commit to it.

I would write an application, but I know to little about land areas I think, and don't have the time for more projects right now...

Well I can say you are pretty right in your analysis.

Land Areas are the only real sure way to get return on your investments.
Even though MA and the swedish lottery inspection does not agree it is gambling, it is true it is damn hard and time consuming to get any consistant profit from the game professions, it is clearly possible though, if you play it smart and put lots of time in it.

Tradeing also takes quite a lot of time to do well, and isn't entirely safe either, with market fluctuations, and most of the expensive stuff already pretty overvalued...

A well managed Land Area at a good location is sure to bring in a lot of taxes, specially if you put some effort into making fun and interesting events on it. (browse through the event forum here to see what has been happening so far, some pretty creative stuff)

It really pays off to get involved socially in this universe though, and generally be a nice guy, don't forget to play the game and get to know its inhabitants

My first piece of advice would be this - if you're new, don't invest 30,000 Euros. Learn the game and how it works before you commit to that.
