Land Area 14: Under New Management

***Maturity update, Neconu now at mid level, provider to dominant***

***Land Area 14 is under new management***

Star was gracious enough to sell me Land Area 14 and I'm just getting started with the area. Right now, it has 2 Neconu DNA, 1 Atrox, and 1 Longu. Currently, the Neconu are set to max numbers with mid maturity, with the Atrox and Longu set to min numbers and maturity.

The area is conveniently located just 2 lesser tp jumps and a revive north of Akmuul Island. The main density is to the North of the revive. You can literally stand in one spot and not have to move for a while if you want to and not run out of mobs!

Hunting Tax: 3.9%
Mining Tax: 3.9%

For those interested in mining, the LA has the following known deposits:

Minerals: Blausarium, Cumbriz, Kanerium, and Terrudite
Enmatters: Angelic Grit, Ferrum Nuts, Lytairian Dust, Typonolic Steam, Devil's Tail

Question last time I was there the spawn of Nec was young to Mat . Are you going to keep it just at young or do you have other plans . Great LA . good luck with it

Hope you roll in those PEDs form taxes.
Either way, great LA & investment you got there.
Seeing as you have Nec in there, have about a 2-3/10 maturity density of trox, as a nice lil break incase.
Maybe inc Nec Maturity to about 2-3/10 aswell.
I don't know about longu, don't know enough about them to have a idea for maturity/density.

Well GoodLuck with the LA, I might drop by for a soc hunt on those trox.

I don't have plans to change it now, but who knows. Would you and others prefer a higher maturity?
