Saving up for LA

Just wanted to give the guys who can't deposit a million bucks an opportunity to get their hands on an LA. Though it may (and will) take a while till we get enough money, saving is the way to start, so I am offering doing it together with me. I really want to avoid these "This is scam", "bullcrap" and such responses, since that usually makes other people considering the deal more and, most probably, stay out of it at all. Just to let you know - it is not scam, it is not illegal, it's going to work if you believe. Light critics is welcome, but not such, mentioned above.

Wouldnt a person who was a scammer say just that?
Not saying you are a scammer, but it is like going into a bank and telling everyone in there you are not a bank robber...

there isnt any way of "split ownership" in EU. how do you manage that?

lets say the money is together, enough ppl invested into this. who will be the owner? (owner= the guy who has the deed in his inventory) you?

i am highly interested in your idea with more information and time i could see myself as a landarea owner with you or given enough time and money on my own.

i am not exactly rich but i am extremal hard working and can make money when needed. (through sweating ect.)

perhaps u could look up prices ect. i no LA are pricey but we could set up something were i give u x amount of peds a month and as i give u more my % of money back goes up.

to start with i would only have a small share in the business but as time goes on i am willing to put more money to the fund

alltho i see problems in my plan as i reread this i would really like to be given the chance to own a small part of something that it time could make some money back and even if i only own 1% of the LA its a start and once the ball gets rolling perhaps i will one day own 100%

I think your idea is intriguing. I would be interested to hear more, AFTER the above questions are answered satisfactorily.

Id be interested to know how this would work + how much you would expect, who would "own" the LA, etc.

There is a fund that has the same goal already in existence. I will not name it here as this is your thread but it has an operating budget of 240k ped. Started in January of this year. If you want more details pm me and I can tell about my experience so far.

What I meant, is that the guy who invests the biggest part of the money, holds the deed. Also, I mentioned, that we can make whatever legal contracts in the real world to ensure nobody gets scammed.

would u mind how much or little a person put in and could after that person put some money in could they put it more at a later date or something

Just ran through all the other replies. About the shared ownership - I am not sure, but wasn't it like, that the whole society can hold the deed? If not, then I don't get what the "Society LAs" mean in the Society terminal.
