About us: Calypso Investment Agency (CIA) is similar to the EIFund. The only difference is that we are starting this company with a lower share value that will start at 100ped each. The reason for this is so that the players that wish to invest in a company but can’t afford the higher priced shares of the EIFund can still invest. Also, why should there only be one investment company in EU if there isn’t just one in RL?

How it works: The shares’ value will change at the 1st of every month based on the company’s growth. The value of a share will be figured by this formula: (CIA’s net worth / # of shares = shares value). The company will grow by trading items within the game that have a low chance of market loss. Most items will be purchased at TT price when possible so that the value of the stock and the CIA’s balance will be closely the same.

Our Goals: Our initial goal will be to obtain a Large Shop (30k-35k) on the first floor of the PA mall. This is so that instead of having items in storage that are for sale, we can put them in the shop where they would have a greater chance to sell. The second is to obtain a Land Area (200k-300k) close to a TP so that we can gain monthly paychecks for all of the investors. This will also be another great asset for the company. Our third goal is monthly paychecks which will be based on this formula: (CIA’s Net income - 50% / #of shares = price per share). The 50% that is taken out of the formula will go into the CIA’s Balance in order to help continue its growth.

Our Guarantee: It’s simple we plan to make money and succeed. If you want to invest in a company that is already established in the community, then I suggest that you invest in the EIFund. But if you want to invest at the ground level of a new investment company then invest in the Calypso Investment Agency.
