really the customer care of this company is scaring me away.

I found the shirt in the aile today in the morning. One support case closed.

got a reply asking for more details on another one, lets see what happens next

OK , now I really start thinking about quitting.

Lost a thigh shirt, no reply from support. If I dont get it back I am definatly out of here.

Still missing the new bought full tt Color bleacher (L) that dissapeared in storage, they said they replaced it but it was the nearly broke one from my colorator that they replaced .. useful

to be honest, I am not quite sure yet. some things I like, for example the new landscapes look breathtaking, but also some things make me very sad. all the issues with shops and signs and other things and how support is reacting makes me wanna quit. all the money that is going down the drain because all my stuff looses in value makes me wanna quit. on the other hand I love the new look of my avatar and exploring the new places and the breakdown...
