The "am I still n00b?" question is an interesting one, with many different answers, and alot of grey area. I've decided that for me it's about Health. Up to 150 Health a scan will show you as "Weak". After 150 you are "Medium". I'm close to 147 currently, so still a n00b. but I'm working on it..
