- i would like to take this opportunity to correct a misconception i've run across many times in my life:
the Luck of the Irish
being US-born, of mostly Irish decent, i can attest to the fact that having the Luck of the Irish is *not* neccessarily a good thing. Irish Luck mean 'strong luck', not 'good luck'.
if you have good Irish luck, then yes, you seem to have been born with a four-leafed clover up your arse
if you have bad Irish Luck, well.... let's just say the only four-leafed clovers you've found were likely radiation-mutated...
