Question: Disciple Questioning life

Hi all,

I am looking for some kind of list of typical skill levels for graduation of disciples. I have just figured out how to tell my graduation requirememnts and would like to see how they line up with other mentors' requirements.

Also, I have not seen my mentor online for over a month now (and before only twice at all). Is there a way to find out the last time she was online or a way to drop her as a mntor after the grace period?

Any advice is appreciated.

The requirements are standardized. They don't change from mentor to mentor.

Contact MA support and tell them your mentor issue. They may remove the mentor.

As a followup, any idea how long it takes (on average) to graduate? When you reach the skill levels, is it an automated process or does your mentor need to have input?

It's automatic and the time varies greatly. I've heard of some people graduating in less than a week.

There is no benefit to you to graduate quickly. The benefit is only to your mentor.

Just one skill.

If you want to aggravate your absent mentor (in case he logs in) you can try a wide variety of professions (longblades, shortblades, rifle, handgun, etc) before you let your skills get high enough to graduate :-)

actually, a former disciple of mine had a disciple who graduated in 1-2 days (depends how you count, from list updating, plain play time, etc.)

although it would take longer to skill all close to grad level to get on your mentors nerve, that might be a bit too costy overall
it isn't that useful to have those melee skills anyway
except melee combat ^^

Unless something has changed when you reach your graduation point (ie 2000 rifle points etc) the mentor needs to claim their gift to release you. It is well worth pushing support to release you when you are getting close to graduation. I had a friend go through all that when they got signed up by a mentor who quit the game.

Most disciples seem to take a few months to graduate, every now and then someone breaks the mould and does in some amazing record time, partly depends how much you deposit and how many hours you play.
