The main Land Grab for 2008 is now ready to begin. It will be divided into two events.

On Wednesday Feb. 27 at 17:00 UTC seven Ametheran land areas (LA1, 2, 3, 8, 14, 16, 19) will be up for grabs.

On Saturday March 8 ten more Ametheran land areas will be available. The exact time of this event will be announced later and will be scheduled to best suit time zones outside Europe.

For these events, the death penalty will be increased to 5 minutes. The original 'Land Ahoy Me Hearties' news post has been updated with all current rules. Good luck to all of Calypso's societies.

Looks like MA has been listening to requests to make the
LG friendly to more timeframes. We will just have to wait
and see if that means MA will have to burn some late nite
oil

well dont think warants will get 7 lands from 8 but.. who knows

ar that will be like 1-2 ppl per land or so .. nub avatars in warants ?

they have one

they are capable of getting 2-3 in any stage.

MA stupidly spread it out. so this is going to be a uber fest yet again.

(as i sayed not anyone in top 10's fault)

but even with some shit hot L armour and nice weaps no Mid lvl soc stands a chance.

Great so 3 landgrabs all up, meaning the Top10 socs have a chance for at least 3 lands, and for the socs like Warants and M2S, even more than that.

Sigh.
