27 Feb 2008 Account Security The Support Dept. advises all participants to consider their account security. In order to prevent hacking attempts we recommend the Gold Card Security System (read more here) and updated internet security software that protects against spy ware, viruses and other threats. Remember to update your firewall, Windows and not to open emails from senders you do not know. There are two official mindark email addresses used to inform participants about their account. One is account@mindark.com and the other is entropia_support@mindark.com. Please note that Entropia Support will NEVER ask you for your login or password or for any confirmation of your login information. Should you receive any such messages, please contact the Entropia Support Department immediately at www.entropiauniverse.com. How about offering a goldcard for free, after a certain amount of money is reached, items worth 5k ped or more (which already kinda proves that enough money flown into entropia since that 5.000 PED must have come from somewhere) :P |
