It states that a society can only hold one claim at a time. So they have to finish a claim before they can go for another.

Nope, what was said was that they could only have one claim going at any one time.

WHY NOT LIMIT THE LG TO ONE LA?.. ONCE YOU SECURE A CLAIM MA SHOULD LOCK OUT ALL SOC MEMBERS OF THE WINNING LA FROM THE OTHER PARTICIPATING LA'S UP FOR GRABS.. THAT WAY MORE SOCIETIES PARTICIPATE GIVING MORE OPPORTUNITY TO LESSER (EQUIPPED/SKILLED) SOCIETIES, MAKING YOUR CHOICE OF LA'S MORE OF A STATIGIC DECISION FOR THE HIGHEST SKILLED SOC'S

Gratz to all LA winners! I certainly had good fun yesterday. Especially the moment where the marker for LA01 started to pulsate because all cK had left (or died) in the zone. Unfortunately a cK came in just in time to prevent a timer reset.

And what have we learned after this most recent Landgrab Event?

Nothing has changed since the first LG. The few "nuber-weapons" that appeared a few weeks ago didn't do a damn thing to "level the playing field", as probably was MA's misdirected intention, because the few that dropped ended up in...surprise, surprise...the hands of the societies that had the best chance of winning, anyway.

The end result is that nobody--not a swarm of n00bs, nor well-equipped mid-level vets--except the few uberest, richest societies were instrumental in affecting the outcome.

Oh, and congrats to the LA-winning uber-Richie Riches.
