look not wanting to harp on about it but the ambus spanked me last night so im feeling raw lol...

Bearing in Mind people made an UPROAR when they put a 0.02 ped tax on removal of armour & clothes.....

Ambu Prov hp 1390

regens 5% every 5 secs (69.5hp)

8 seconds additional hp regen - approx 111 hp

min 2 shots with manis & beast combo (and an additional 2 secs to fire in)

10 sec additional = 130 hp due to regen

2 shots now likely to become 3 (owing to avg dmg).

3 shots @ 16.1 pec per shot = 0.48 ped

Nice.... in all honesty im not sooo p'eed about this as theyre now MEANT to be a bugger to hunt. I more annoyed that this is going to have a negative impact on my enjoyment of the game and ANOTHER nerf*burger.

Kygon - Im taking it that was a joke

Last from me on the subject... Its their rules im just a player.

While I agree with most of what all of you are saying I have to add a short comment.

To me it's not that I can't spare 50 cent extra after a crit.

All I really want to know is:

Why change the old revival system? (T+Y)

The answer is simple, MA wants more money.

This will affect some more than others, but MA will make Millions of peds on this.

It's all good if the extra ped goes back into the loot pool, but somehow I doubt it...

That was a exploit ?
It was just common use done by everyone and not an exploit...

I hope there aren't any more of these "exploits" that everyone is using as common daily.

or... they didnt realise it worked like that. after all, normally you should wait for a minute when tele-reviving and Marco thought this change was an improvement. consider a cockup before a conspiracy.

No, we will not persecute anyone who have used the T+Y exploit.

The thing is that MA always has to prioritize the development tasks for Entropia. The T+Y bug has been there for a long time, much too long one may think, but it still was a bug and we strive to remove as many bugs as possible from Entropia. Some bugs needs to get fixed ASAP, some get lower priority, some even gets added as features instead (the way the coat works in combo with armor is a good example).

yes but then again I hunt mobs that can kill me it does not follow that I spend more time reving than hunting, when i die its a little break for me lol

its all these people who think they deserve to rev kill mobs that it takes many many years of skilling and loads of $ spend on armor to hunt that bug me

"oh no how can i rev kill spiders now" well skill to skalman level then fucking hunt them like a man I say lol

rev killing borders on an exploit in my mind lol
