Land area, an area of land owned by a person. Not taxable for hunting/mining. Like the plot of land a house sits on.

Land-grab area. Self-explanatory, and see below, is owned by a Society for 6 months from time of "claiming".

Outback land area, an area of land owned by a person. Tax on hunting/mining loots goes to owner.

Yes, correct. "LA" is more of a generic term for either LGA or OLA, without making difference between them. (At least to my knowledge and the way this term is being used)
