OK OK I'm a total dick. My email was playing up so I didn't get the message. Justin from MA shot me a PM here on EF today to tell me that Missa and I have been chosen as the 4th/5th Ambassadors. I guess cause we share a bed we are counted as 1.

We are so excited and will work hard on the stand to help promote EU in Australia. We are both really honoured and proud to represent all the players from Australia.

G'day fellow Aussie's

Hastily I posted the other day, telling you I had been accepted to attend the GO3, I was not able to post an elaborate response due to my work commitments.

I had been chosen to be an Ambassador and this represented a bit of a shock...man overboard

Any Aussie who participates in EU seems to have a great sense of community, they excel in communication and networking and link widely to others from a diverse set of cultures and nations...somewhat like our Australian towns and cities that are culturally diverse

Within EU we all seem to hold common values, a good sense of humor, along with a great participation. I have seen great fortune intellectually and monetary .... commendable and homogeneous with Australian national perseverance!

That being said I think all of you deserve to attend GO3. I encourage you to attend, if you can afford the trip to WA, it will be a great 'get together'.

Aussies are a great community and participate well in EU, the camaraderie is more than I can describe!

GL to you all and keep on getting those HOFS and Globals

I hope to represent EU comprehensively, represent Avatars of OZ @ GO3 competently, with of dignity, loyalty and the effort to see us proud within the community Aussies participate.

Special thanks to the many I know and hope to know and a lot more eventually......

But Justin saw our comments on here and realised that we hadn't received the email he sent us, then msg'd us here on EF (thank you!!).

I walked in the door tonight after a long day and had no idea what Dave was talking about... "I have news honey"... "Mmmm, what is it?"... "Put your stuff down and I'll tell you"... "Uh oh, tell me now"... "No, its good news, put your stuff down"... "No, I wanna know now"...

Lol, so after I put my stuff down ...

...Dave told me we'd been picked to be ambassadors... I couldn't believe it, I felt like Charlie Bucket with the 5th golden ticket

But this is much more exciting than going to the Chocolate Factory lol . It still hasn't sunk in yet... gaaaaah!!!!!!!!! Can't, can't wait!!!!

We'd love to meet up with any Aussies that can make it (and can't wait to meet my soc mate Xaph who I have spent so much time chatting with in game).

This will be a great opportunity to let more Australians know about EU... who knows, if we get a huge Aussie community in game, we may even get a new VU one day that is done during our off peak times lol!!!!

If your planning to attend then hit me up and I can give you some details on the best deals i have found for accom and maybe chat together about a share place to lesson the costs. East coast is around $700 flight return with Virgin Blue. If you have to make a trip this year then this should be the one.

Booked for flights on Virgin (seems appropriate) cheapest i could get. Not sure re accommodation and can we clarify that for the group? and if this is a matter of us all accommodating ourselves whats best cheapest options..... has MA set that up ...unsure...what do we want to do here if its sort it ourselves
