MA should have always done this when someones deposits reached 5k (or some such).

My problem is that i doubt MA is giving this from their own pockets. More likely it will come from the loot pool so we are paying for a GC for those too tight to buy one.

Still a good move but it rankles a bit..

exactly its a good move.. but the depositing playerbase is still going to pay for it. all those gold cards and shipping costs aren't free.
