Huge thanks to everyone. It was an amazing 14 or so hours. By far the best LandGrab ever. Thankyou to Mod Deja-Vu, AoW, cK, Shaolin for being such great allies! You all made yesterday truly enjoyable.

Thankyou MA for enabling it to be run smoothly, and also keeping things as they should be when servers went down towards the end. Perfect management of the event.

And last but not least, thanks to our defeated enemies for putting up such a good fight, everyone has their role to play in LandGrab!

Sounds like a blast and im sure lesser skilled socs with decent gear would have stood a chance with sound tactics exept that it seems the uber socs managed good tactisc this time to

This was indeed the best fun ever in my 2,5 years here. The first LG this year was huge fun but this last round was even better.

First, I like to give huge thx to Warrants and M2S - you did a very find job out there and was fighting a very fair match. In addition, I will give a special 'lift of my hat' to Star. This one-man war machine - damn you show us all what skills and dedication means. Moreover, that war ax damn my first hit was a 400 crit - well done.

Second I will give a big hand to all the helpers to AoW - I hope you find that the help we gave back was ok

A little about the night
The first claim went easy. Only one attack from Warrant and M2S

The second claim was easy too - we got the claim from AD in less than 4 minuts rocket bombing - the defence wasnt that hard too thou we was fighting several battles with M2S and Warrants - and here we got some help from friends - even thou we had some trips to revival the claim never was in any danger.

The last claim (LA 10) - this was where the fun started. We helped cK to get the control of this land from M2S. Several times the claim was very close to be reset. Only a hard fight from M2S, Warrants and CC (and a few others) made it hard to get. But the result was given - the claim had to fall. In addition, after 15-20 warnings ck could claim it. After more than 10 hours with great fun I went to bed.

At last, I will thx MA - It was the best event ever. Only one time i got a ctd and i almost didn't have lag at all.

Guess some got a small surprise. Dawn Daemons did a merge with AoW just few hours before kick off. Just to handle the announced 'AoW will not get any claim in round 2'

Indeed was the most fun i ever had in EU ,was a blast got some adrenaline rushes a few times even tough it wasnt for my own soc i was helping deja vu keeping their LA not that they couldnt do it without me :P but was really exciting. It toke some time b4 it really got hot on la13 but once it did it was hardcore shooting,jumping,running and fapping and ofc dieing

After they got their land they decided to fully dedicate themselfs into helping their allies so we went to bahq land and helped out there to but only problem for me was that since i m in another soc not really participating in EU politics most didnt know if I was ally or foe so ended up a few times getting shot by deja allies (no hard feelings you couldnt know) at the end we all rushed to the last LA wich was hell on earth(pe) a true battlefield shots and bombs passing everywhere you step, and since i wasnt a deja member true hell for me got shot from everywhere average survival time for me in the beginning was 30sec so i decided to hide in a tree and laughed my ass of once it started to calm down and i was no targetpractice anymore i came out and helpt cK a little (was a little akward for me to cauz i have friend in m2s fellow wofpartner so ussually i was just shooting on warants or chaos crew except when i was on la 13 then i did shoot on all non allies)

Big gratzz to all socs win or lose was real fun made it an unforgetable event in EU

That was the first LG I've seen, and I'm glad I got my RAM upgrade when I did.

Holy hell, that was fun to watch! More rockets than the 4th of July and Guy Fawkes night combined.
There was quite a lot of impromptu PvP around the revival and the hills behind it which was fun. I haven't a clue who was who, I just returned fire when I got shot at. Sorry Jason, but you did shoot at me first

And then chasing round after people in Infiltrator with the only weapon I had that would do more than 1.0 damage - the good ol' Katsuichi.

Well, I didn't want to decay their expensive armour

Many things to say but they can wait until the next LG is discussed as far as servers go. For the most part the servers were great. Anyone there can still see that there is an issue with short range weaponry. DOA's and Melee weapons weren't as useful as they can be if all is well server wise. Certain LA's seemed to be different in respect to short range weapons. It was obvious to me that at one LA with 100 people it was possible to hit most people short range very easily. At others it was nearly impossible. I still believe this is a result of some sort of server problem involving rockets.

As for LG itself, great fighting everyone. It was truly enjoyable to witness the insanity of LG yet again. I don't believe we truly backstabbed cK as neosharp has stated, but I'm sure we did kill some of them at other claims we were helping to support (Warants claim comes to mind).

As for cK taking our claim, it went to he who clicked first after the last of our society was fallen on the battlefield. They were quick to get allies there, and I have no hard feelings towards cK for claiming our LA as I'd spoken to Rei about our alliance being OFF pre LG.

I have told a few AOW's that I don't believe any single player in their society is the best in EU at pK. I stand by this statement. What I can say about AOW is that their coordination is 2nd to none. They are truly a great team of players that work together better than any group I've yet seen enter EU. I went in with a group of the game's best players attempting to disrupt AOW's claim and our team was quickly and mercilessly thwarted beyond recognition. They did have numbers on us, but I'd still say that AOW could have held alone or damn near it anyway. Give the respect where it is due. My individual efforts of pK streaks pale in comparison to their group efforts withstanding the best EU had to throw at them. Truly, Respect.

That being said, I doubt anyone that was at that claim will ever forget the dreaded Starfish attack by our strikeforce. It was more feared than any shark any of you have ever encountered. The fishermen had a lot to deal with yesterday, but eventually it was nothing but carp for dinner.
