No, i think not.
They were using Swempa XT (L)'s probably amped, most of the time. One shot was normally enough to inflict more damage through vigi+6a (25 penetration protection) than the 150 HP limit, so unless you had a weapon able to do more damage to their 300HP(?) through their modified armour (forget what it was) you were normally dead before you even took the edge of their Heath.
As it was I think the only time they died was when they decided they wanted to, and stopped fapping.

I think it was infiltrator reworked armour.
Ghost + 5b would probably be better against the svempa-XT, while sticking to the mid-level that vigi is.
Otherwise, shadow is probably needed, one on one, for someone sub 150HP (IE not very skilled).

IMHO.

Armour was surely a Jaguar from the looks of it, most probably their modified version.There were times when they got into trouble even while fapping though

I would take thsi to mean, if you are not in the correct area when defending Calypso, the Empire will do something dastardly to your avatar. Exactly what, no one knows... it is their universe, I personally wouldn't bother 'testing the water'... but I know a few that will try...

SOOooo... good luck to those morons that will inevitably try to push the boundries of the Empires patience. Don't bother complaining when you do, you have been warned
