Hi Marco and a big hello from a fan of yours

I know that this is kinda stupid in what i am going to ask

But I have a few Noobs with very little ammo or equipment who for some reason attach themselves to me and are always asking me to make a team with them to hunt.

Now I hate to be rude to these people and want to help but when hunting I do most of the shooting and they just stand around and maybe take a swat or two and thats it and get a few peds from my experience.
My rifle skill is over 2000 and they have just started.

Does this gap in skill hurt me? Or does it help them!! Well I know it helps them in a way . But I need advice on this subject from you or anyone.
