lol you got to love coming back from holiday to find your desk covered in paperwork and your email inbox so full it takes several days to read through it all. Im just about to take a two week break and im not looking forward to getting back afterwards.
Welcome back Marco. I strongly suggest you & MA go very client focused for a while. Your external PR is great, but when new players come up against a wall of discontented exsisting players you think they going to risk deposit ? |

oh, I'd like the "mob is trapped" exploit to get fixed ASAP firstly. I believe you have some contacts there in MA to tell about it. it is a BIG problem if mob is telling me during 30 seconds that it's trapped while it is moving freely again after getting stuck behind anything and I waste more than 2 ped of ammo+decay on it, wouldn't you agree. another things concern 2 support cases of mine. first one was placed 2 months ago, another one, much more important one, about a week ago. I'd like to see those answered one day. you might even want to see the second one which is numbered 86959. P.S. Welcome back!
 Trying to remember big outstanding issues. Aha, here we go: 1) The Egg 2) Trappers - will they ever be punished, or the only countermeasure would be just to 'improve' AI further and let them go with whatever huge loot they managed to get? 3) Improved AI. Mobs get stuck now more than before with no apparent reason, which causes unnecessary decay. Warriors... Cersumon...  4) New Desktop Icons & Keyboard mapping rulez  But... FAP switching issue is back...  5) Advertisement. Will it ever work? 5) Entropian refund 6) Cash cards (fees etc) |
