Q&A Answers (Aug-Sep 06)

ok so they are answered but i think it's mainly the same old same old.. ie "cant comment on this or that" and i think atleast some questions can get a lot better answers without saying to much.

For example the question about mining ams.. you could for example have said they increase your skills to a certain degree and make it easier to find ore. Or they increase the size of your finds by a certain formula.. the xx% efficiency description they have say absolutely nothing about how they work and they do seem to be severely bugged. As several ppl has said they find LESS ore and enmatter when using them and this is skilled ppl..

so it kinda feels i could have cut out 70% of all the questions and only worked one hour..

I actually thought MA had atleast changed a bit.. but seems not

Started to read the answers and then just sped through it all, as all I was seeing was, "Can't comment on this, that and the other, due to whatever reason!!"

Ok, I understand the business and confidentiality parts, but why bother with a Q&A if most of the Answers are mainly the same old same old.

As for the Vehicles part being pushed back to somewhere in 2007, does this mean MA don't have the Teams in place to handle something of this magnitude, or are they quite happy to keep releasing unfinished products, such as Taming and Crafting updates, and then keep gamers waiting for a full year before any more updates occur??

I don't know, just venting steam, and felt a lot of what was answered, just seemed pointless to me.

P.S. Just to add. Was a little dissapointed that being as the Entropian Magazine, seemed to be something that benefited yourselves, as also was an anjoyable read, that you couldn't get an answer from the Publishers to add to the list, but leave it up to us to find out what is going on??

excellent that you took the time to reply to the questions but my initial feeling is that you answered with what you knew rather than finding out answers from the people at MA who actually know the full story...

however, keep up the good communication, for now communication in any form is good

First thanks for the reply , communication is needed , so i can only encourage such thing.

Still som question could have meet a better reply , and som other decerved som reply.A bit sad the "no coment" style , is still a big part in this exersice.Even if i do understand som of the question was a bit to much "inside game" , lots of the uncomented could have meet som reply.
