Third Party software used to hack your login information!

Forgo, I believe MA is using legal terminology when referring to third party software.

MA in their EULA, are the first party.
You, agreeing to the EULA, are the second party.
Any others are third party, any ones and zeros not custom crafted by the non-recipient (Who the heck nominated them anyway? Jan? Marco?) of the Golden Mouse award are third party ones and zeros, and therefore inferior.

Unfortunately, MA has a knack for speaking in vague generalities to give themselves as much leeway (often at our expense) as possible. It's quite possible that we'll never know what instances inspired MA to put out this blurb of pseudo-wisdom that Bertha snagged and put here.

But they tell it in a way you could think they are ansuring you security if you are clean customer.

best weapon against account hackers would be gold card, but i perfectly understand not everyone wants one. However, if you value your account, you need to do what's necessary to protect that value. i'm very happy with my Gold card

This is how I see it.
A third-party software is a software that interacts or affects Entropia in any way. So in my opinion, PEAss is not a third party software.

Look at it like this. If oyu have dual screens. One screen is viewing Entropia, the other is viewing your desktop and PEAss. Now PEAss is just another program running.. just like your firewall or antivirus..

Well imo, MA should'nt have to say anything we all know the risks of using 3rd party software, its like anything on the internet. i was looking at this german site the other day, a box came up saying i needed to install the correct language, so i downloaded from the site. Then the next minuite i had 3 spyware bots on my pc.

But with PEass, lots of other people use this program, i dont think it breaks the EU Terms but i thought it would be safe as the amount of people that use it. But i will no longer use this program just to make sure.

Im going to stick to,
"Use 3rd party software at your own risk"

I wonder that too, they are the first party, you are (as a human user) the second party, any other entity software or hardware is 3rd party. So your software could be 3rd party for that manner, but you could get by the EULA if it does not directly interracts with the client or communications.

Also, scripts need to run on interpretors, wich are software
