seriously, word of mouth is the best way but without giving everybody +30% of hunting/crafting/mining expenses everytime then that aint going to happen in a big way

I wasn't going to read through 11 pages of posts.. but just in case no one said it already.... major computer outlets such as Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples (but you'd probably need to offer the client software on a disk to get a retail place to advertise it)

another popular site I can think of is Ebaumsworld.com. I know you can advertise on there.

Brilliant, except it's too late... Dell now ships Ubuntu Linux, and Wine+Ubuntu = unusable EU engine...

Advertising on billboards, gaming websites in all countries is good, as long as it isn't false or misleading as some of the ingame advertising tends to be, it could land them in hot water with local laws and regulations.
