Other than that - try something completely new ... use Job-portals like Stepstone, Monster etc. Why? Because a LOT of people are watching those sites - including lot of young people just starting in the jobmarket - some of them don't have a job (which is why they are searching for one in there) and therefor have LOTS of time to play But also most people with an interest in job changing (who might search for fun) - and who already are employeed and earn MONEY, will see the link!!!

G4 websites would be good places to advertise (like "Attack of the Show")

I also notice this digital billboard on my way to work every morning and there are a few scattered around Albuquerque. So if we have a few of them here I am sure in much larger metropolitan cities there are probably more of these billboards with a better infrastucture.

Although this would be a print ad some of the free city news papers like New Times, The Phoenix, and The Alibis tend to attract a younger crowd many of whom are interested in digital media and games. I am sure in many of the major cities (which have Universities) around the world there has to be something like this and they tend to have reasonable prices plus they all have websites too (for banner ads).

I would recommend Google Adwords ads (you can also do banner ads here, contrary to what many believe that Adwords can only be text ads). These ads are very effective, because Google has such a massive publisher base. All ads are contextually targeted, based on the content of the page on which they appear.

these little MMORPG sites are cute but only reach a couple 1000 people...

people who go on my space are religious with it... they check it 100s of times a day... talk about the amount of veiws the PE ad could get...
