Oh boy... FIrst there was the afraid of this malls ruin completely shop owners,but then, higher tax rates on the shops of the mall would be a small help to help contrariate that,but now... Well,we are just heading to the point that is every1 working for MA and for a couple few ubers... LOL,MA YOUR DOING SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WRONG!!!!!!!!

Well yes, but we didn't use to pay taxes on auction...

I agree it levels the field but the levelling always seems to be to the worst common denominator. Why have taxes on these things at all? Ofc the answer is obvious - there is no need for malls or shops at all unless you do some artificial balancing with taxes etc.

The point is MA want people to invest in these things and it doesn't make sense without a bit of nerfing on the more cheap and convenient ways of shopping. It may be a good thing for the future of EU but as someone who is not seeking to invest or play EU as a business the trend is annoying. If more sales move to the street/pvp trades as a result and MA are forced to tax private trades to level the field and keep the dream alive they will be skating on thin ice IMHO.

Hmmm think of an item in your inventory worth about 3000 ped... (if you don't have one atm just think how this would feel) ...get a feel for it being your prize item in game which you use all the time....then think that one day you wake up and read the Developers Blog and realise that MA have overnight nerfed your item and wiped about 2000 peds off the value of the item.

Then think that you had three of the items in your inventory


Now you know exactly how I feel

The issue isn't just what they have done ...which really damages the business model of most shop owners atm -but its the way that it has been done. No compensation and slipping the news in to the Developers Blog after the VU and two days before Christmas.

As some1 mentioned be4 somwhere, some time ago i used to be excited to know what next vu would bring,now i just got scared everytime a vu is coming

Well, if this will keep going this way,i guess the time when the cars will arrive,this universe will be only composed of those MA avatars and a couple ubers..when i mean a couple,i mean 5 or 6...
