lol no mention if the price payed is returned! scary !

So... A player has to put up the collateral and it can't be used by either the player or lender... Hmmm... seems to me that not many people would take advantage of this.... Can you say... "Payday loans" ? I would think some sort of mortgaging system would be better received...

3 months on the auction then i am sure at least 1 or 2 monthes to design a building and place it in game gonna be a long time before the banks get finished i am sure

but at least we have details now

look how well the payday loans work in real life those places that offer them are packed

I am interested in seeing just how this will work and who jumps on the license auction. So not only do you need the 1,000,000 peds you also need the capital to win the auction for the license.

Yar! where is that white whale called Moby Dick or should I call him Citi Bank(I have no actually proof Citi is interested in EU license I just through out a big bank name)? Yar!

(fine print here just incase people are wondering what the hell is this guy Sirhc talking about whales and all. Well in Casino talk a whale is a higher roller with immense amounts of cash that can either make the Casino tons of money or take out tons of money. Some whales have caused some Casino's stock to drop just from having a big win day. Methinks the bank license holder will be whales of EU.)
