The Support Dept. have received a number of enquiries concerning the status of the Entropia Universe Cash Cards. Unfortunately we cannot provide any extra information at this time other than that MindArk are negotiating with several potential partners interested in providing this service for Entropia Universe participants. Further information will be provided here when it becomes available.

In the mean time, Cash Card holders will be prioritized in the withdrawals system. Please contact the Support Dept. if you have any further questions regarding this matter. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Would be highly appreciated if we would get some insight from Marco/Frank about negotiation/evaluation process.
Technically I see no reason why negotiations/evaluations would take months if there's even one person handling the case.

Now let me add my 2 cents,

1.We were expecting a new statement about the progress made in negotiations, not the same statement as the prevoius one "we are negotiating with several..bla bla".
2.Community is interested about this aspect imho because of the "nice" balancing of the game, where one deposits/spends like hell and gets back squat, then sees a mega uber from a shit mob...ofc u get mad and wanna retire and go see a movie with ur ped instead of draining them here..

And yes, i`m happy with the "prioritised" bank withdrawal at the moment but i still want my cash card back

P.S.: I have an odd feeling my ava is doomswitched because i`m posting in the cash card threads , so others who are still playing, read and gulp but don`t post...u don`t wanna get like me lol

Later edit: If you have for instance 5 entities u`re negociating with, it`s not that hard to see which one is more serious and stable of them. That if not all 5 are "nublets" which i`m afraid to think it`s possible

Go open, allow ALL and ANY competitors equal rights and access through a continuous moderated system.

That way, we can choose which provider we like, feedback on them, the competition between them will allow us to spend less fees, and so on.

The winner of the selection program is not necessarily the best service provider. In real life, the winners just stuff the jury pockets with loads of cash. Happy vacationing guys
