Gold Cards Replacement Policy

There seem to be some misunderstandings regarding our policies for replacing broken Gold Cards and/or Readers. Therefore we would like to clarify the matter:

If your Gold Card fails to work, please return the broken item to MindArk PE AB. After confirming that the item is broken (and that this is not due to bad treatment), we will replace the item for you free of charge.

If your Reader fails to generate any codes from the Gold Card, we can replace one Reader/quarter free of charge. When you receive the new Reader, please return the broken Reader to MindArk PE AB. This will enable us to check for possible errors and give feedback to the manufacturer of these items.

MindArk do not automatically replace Gold Cards and/or Readers once per year. We only replace them in the case of them being broken according to the conditions stated above.

how come they dont mentiont at all that the reader should be broken?
or they just suddenly decide that they change thier minds and want to set terms to this free replacement?

Well I just wanna know howcome you told me all get free once/year and gave me one free. Made it 100% clear it was NOT broken and I just send a case asking if I could have a new one like the rumors I had heard said and I got the reply saying ofcourse and all can get a free one /year.

Even in that support answer it says replace. So you have to return the old reader. I think it's good they clear this all up, doesn't make sense to send out new readers to everyone every year when the old ones aren't broken. I'm sure they can find better resources to spend the money on.

Yes ofcourse they can but since life span on the readers (if used alot) battery wise is around 1 year then I found it pretty nice. Ofcourse it is a replacement since the participant already got one I never send my card nor reader to them, they just send me a new one and asked to update the number on the new card

still got my old one and reader right here @ home along with extra reader and the famous cashcards

AND other players has gotten this free yearly card/reader as well. So it is indeed a change of policy.

Which they ofcourse are intiteled too But don't come say you never did it

and damn will be so much fun to hunt next few weeks I am sure ill have amazing loot after this one ROFL

if my reader broke down i wouldnt want to wait till my reader arrived at their place to be checked, i'd just order one new through support :|

LOL this is such a typical MA emergency solution, if my GC breaks ill demand to get a new straight away and NO WAY ill wait for it to be returned to MA and for them to look at it and decide if its my own fault or not and then for them to send me a new that would takes way way to long for MA to even get looking at it i will however agree to send it to them once i get my replacement ! and if they
dont comply to the comunity demand i might as well take my money and go im sure theyd rather keep my money in game then saving a few $ on a stupid card and reader

most likely my fault for telling ppl they could get the free ones yearly. Just didn't think it would be an issue that ppl actually knew about it and would use it. I guess it is but glad I got mine and I have some extra readers too
