I am sorry to say but this communication is very confusing.

They say here that the correct web-address is www.entropia-universe.com and as soon as I click on it what do I see? The EU background that contains "www.entropiauniverse.com" as url. Not only that, if you look in the address bar you'll see that it is still entropiauniverse.com/whatever that is mentioned as one unique word...

In the end both ways do direct to the real EU website, but still it remains confusing...

quick enough.

You dont know how their internal structure is. It could be like I saw once a company....then even replying to "we need an offer" mail can take easily 2-3 weeks.

And when they said everyone should get a goldcard.

A new phishing site could pop up every day. It's very hard to keep ahead of all the possibilities of scamming, but if you have a goldcard you already defeat 99.9% of them.
