You did get money at VU 8.12.
It was write right when you logg in first time.

MA did pay back since they was not sure when , and what price or fee will be with next cash card generation.

Kinda , but , its very good to withdraw money.
When you got the card it take 1 min ti have money on card , and you can get it at any ATM machine.
System was up to 30 000 ped per month.

Its not "technical" issue.
They change the whole service.take new card procider , system ....
I guess they will publish fee and other info when the deal with card provider will be 100% finish.
I dont care to know fee of something that is not yet ready to work , specially if , when its ready , price whent up...
I prefer wait.

Very true I think many people are not playing the game due to lack of withdrawal on a Visa .

About bank withdrawal ...i'll never wait 60 days for the money ...i'm sure many players will join the game if card withdrawal will be introduced...anyway to make some PEDs in game is not so easy,I'm sure many players are thinking :

"why to struggle for , to wait 60 to 90 days, i'll never do that"
