I can't answer for everybody and I wont - I just want to add that everytime I needed support wether it was because I could not deposit (YUP they are quite helpful there ) or tt'ed some items by mistake (just call me n00b) support has been incredibly fast. There ARE some issues were they are not able to help you fast because the people who can really do the work might not be available, but I'm quite sure that in the cases were they are and your case is placed on top of the priority list(yup, there are other people ... ), they will help you the best and fastest they can. Or that is my observation. As I said, Can't answer for everybody since I did see a few having other experiences! Then again, you very rarely hear from people when it's positive, do you

On that matter, i guess that not all of all of the MA's support staff speak Swedish.

Specially the ones in Sri Lanka.

The ONLY ppl I will not flame is the support team and the guides, they are the only MA employee's that are trying to help us, not screw us. A to them all!
