No I don't think it is required to own an estate to run an event. I ran through the event interface at a LA just to see how to set one up and it never specified that or stopped me at any point...it would be silly to allow you to go through the setup and then say you can't complete the process 'cso you don't own the LA, but there again...

Have been to one event before and unless something changes I won't come to an other event... just to frustrating that some people seem to keep changing there armor in the event area so all others have massive lag

Thats stange how ppl can be agroed in a lag party, were they basicly "LOOSE" peds so IRL money (in +, they know that). Thats the Real Situation of what MA event are today, and yestreday, and probabely tomorow... U WAST UR MONEY FOR NOTHING damn. What did u espect from this event everyone ? A good item ? A global after burned 150 peds ammos or 3 swords ? A hof ?
The storry line of this event is crap (at least for all ppl outside Sweden).
The issue of this event > Wasting ped party for nothing, no reward, nothing nada.
