I dont think its rules out, but the important factor over looked is the international make up of the player base. Put simple, they may not be permitted to sell shares to all their players. the initial press release indicates they will not be on offer in US, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, for what ever technical/administrative reasons. So do you only allow some to participate? how well will that go down with those excluded? I think it is unlikly that MA will go down this road, after all they are probably not interested in dealing with a few scores of sub $1k share allocations. Even those in the country where the stock is listed will find they probably wont be able to buy in the IPO due the minimum allocation.

Since it's allready is a AB, Aktie Bolag, it has share holders allready. Going public will not issue any new stocks, or am I totally wrong there? It will only make it possible to trade with the existing 11 000 stocks.

I guess US citizens have to wait until the first trading day. Then everyone can buy shares.

If you buy in the morning of the first trading day you should be able to get around the same price as the IPO price. Most shares at least start trading around that price.

As Jan Wellter of MA and Jon Bates CONSTANTLY has been lying to media since Wellters statement in the swedish finance paper Dina pengar on aug 8 where he claims the "average player" MAKES 20 K Ped/month which he withdraws with EUs own cashcard ???? And then Jon Bates repeats the same lies in the videoclip Best Original Game on the games frontpage ?? THATS not a good start to go public with such lies, not to mention all Promises to us players. Shame on you Wellter and MA

if swedish company law is similar to UK, the company can simply issue more shares. Existing shares can be split in order to maintain existing holding proportions, or the new issue could be a different class with no voting rights.
