Well, in addition to paying Marco and the boys, our PEDs will soon have to provide dividends to stockholders. It'll be interesting to see what loot is like at that point.

If Swedish law is like US law, there will be a silence period where the Corporate officers will be unable to comment on the IPO and MA financials.

Amusin that Marco is both our community relations mouthpiece as well as the investor relations lackey. Conflict of interest?

Take Novartis, as one example of a Swedish company on the New York Stock Exchange.

Admittedly, I know very little about the details of MA's business strategy or the rules of international IPO's. But if they wanted to be open to US investors on the stock exchange here, I think they could be.

i agree, this is my fear as well. i see many companies sacrifice quality for quanity and make it a goal to raise stock price at the cost of lowering quality of service. they seem to have zero loyalty now, what will they think of us when they have $$ overlords.

That way people have to choose, good loot or good dividend.

as mentioned above, i too fear that this would only have MA tighten down the hatches more in an attempt to increase revenue to get more stock holders. But we will have to see, (sadly though, this is what i have seen with other small companies that go public).

i think you're confusing with the period before results are released. in the run up to IPO there will be a road show to sell the shares and shout about how great they are and far more financial information available. The propsectus will have to present all risk factors and give some fairly good detail as to how the buiness model works.

thats pretty much it, though i believe there are also tax issues. i think it basically removes a lot of administration if you dont sell to certain countries. (will be checking with someone who knows later today)

You forgot Neverdie, Deathifier and all the others who withdraw constantly from EU and not small amounts, only proven statement up to now is Neverdie stateing he earns ~20'000 US$ a month from CND, in the list of people we pay with the deposits into EU

Are you from the US of America? I guess yes as the knowledge of the geographie of the world is a bit simple over there...

I think the US people are the only one who do not know the difference between Switzerland and Sweden....

OK they both are countrys in Europe but Switzerland is the country witch is mostly known for chocolate, watches, their banks, the mountains and the pharma/chemical industrie like Novartis, Roche etc. and Sweden is the country with the moose, Volvo, Nobel price and Mindark(lol) etc.

PS: even the laguage and the flag is totally different but they are both neutral countrys...
