I have seen companies planning on going public offering shares to its customers at a dicounted rate (compared to the intial floatation value) before.

Orange (the phone company) offered me discounted shares... a number of banks have done this in the past too..

Would be nice if MA did this for us!! i would make a big investment.

But heres the communities real chance to buy in so I hope the ones with money and true love for this game to step up.
What all future investors need to keep in mind is...if there is no way to profit or the game is a continues lose to poeple, that really isnt what the game is about. Its one thing to have a small lose each month, its another when you got to watch everything you do so you dont lose your ass. Thats no fun.
I got my fingers crossed.

Remember that this is one company with just ONE product, really risky IMO.

Men tack vare den goda lönsamheten har bolaget ännu inte behövt använda kapitalet från nyemissionen. Vinstmarginalen under första kvartalet i år var 35 procent. Mindark är inne i ett väldigt offensivt skede. Nyligen tecknade bolaget samarbetsavtal med det kinesiska internetunderhållningsföretaget Cyber Recreation Development Corp.

Due to the good income/revenue in the company we have not yet needed to use the money from the new emission. The profit margins from the first quarter this year was 35%. MA is in a very expansive period. We have just signed an joint venture with the Chinese company Cyber Recreation Development Corp.

This could also explain why MA want us to lock as much PED as possible in TT value, this would in theory crank up the value of the company and make the stocks more valuable.

im not really sure why people have such an issue over this point. Its a bit like us not being told that they have changed their auditors. it really doesnt mean anything to the player base, and this is very early in the process anyway.

What is more of a concern is that the IPO will divert managment attention, i do worry about how much game communication we see in the near future, especially given the precious little we get now.
