Hall Of Fame
The All Time High lists are drawn from records that have been kept since 2003. As the lists have now expanded to include 100 entries, some of the recent high achievements have been replaced by older but greater achievements.

Condition Limit
The condition limit indicator now only displays the usable condition range for items e.g. the top 10% condition for items with a 90% condition limit.

Items have not lost any of their original condition during the VU 9.1 Update. As an example, an item with a condition limit of 90% means that the item cannot be used, and needs to be repaired once its condition falls below 90%. Following VU 9.1, the condition indicator now displays the 90% to 100% range (the usable range of the item) in order for participants to better judge how close an item is to needing repairs. In other words, the scale of the condition limit indicator has been resized to the usable condition range.

I'm pretty sure this means that at the time the achievement occurred, it was broadcast to the PE or EU user base with a message that included the words "All Time High". If a HOF happened later that was of greater value, but didn't qualify as an ATH, it's not on the list.

Interesting to know you can get a HOF with a higher value then an ATH.

ATH = HoF = Global
Hof = Global
Global = loot > 50 ped

So your words are:

Well, loots of 5000 ped ARE bigger than 50 ped, and always have been in my math. Why does everyone make a difference between an ath, hof and global? Given different times of EU existence, they could one be the other.

What i find interesting is that they have kept a records from way back on 2003, i thought records would have been deleted after ATH's had been bumped off the table.

And as they kept records of loot's which no longer qualified as ATH's, do they also keep a record of all Globals and perhaps every single loot?

Its all part of "The Records". "The Records" can tell them were anything was dropped, what was said, and were any avatar went for the last 3 years. I dont trust "The Records" very much...
