Not quite brothers, They are in fact one in the same. When Prof Barton was killed his soul (Maria) was separated from his body. That is why the two must be reunited again.

Those of you who have lost the colour on your skinned clothes - I had this problem until I tried changing my Visual Quality slider to maximum in the options window. I'd had it turned down for better performance, but it also killed the colours. Hope that helps.
