ASUS N6200/TD GEFORCE 6200 128MB TV-OUT DVI AGP (6200 processor but cooling looks better)
im not sure, i think you are going to have to go higher.
i use an 850 radeon and can play cod4, crysys on low and EU with visuals a little lower than the screen shots I see here.
as far as an agp card goes without moving up to a pci express im thinking an x1950 or 8600 both come in agp. but you would have to talk to those that have them now to be sure. your getting to a point (where i am now) that a move to pci express is the way to go, which unfortunately means some new almost everything. but you may get a little while out of a good agp card, hopefully someone else can add to this.

Exactly, so it feels like the most sensible thing to do would be (a) stay with my graphic cards as long as possible. If upgrading, get as simple as possible for the EU requirements (a 30 USD card rather than a 250 USD one; I don't play shoot'em'up games on a 1600x1900 resolution plasma screen). And, when time comes, get a completely new computer (at say 600 USD), with the latest computer bus, and a matching modern graphic adapter with it (and possibly, unfortunately, vista ).

true, you could probably extend the eu life of the pc a little further with a grafix hit. but i think the cards in the 30 dollar range are not going to cut it. you can get an 8600 agp for about 120 and im sure there are a few in the 80 to 100 dollar range that will play eu. not sure about when the new engine comes.
600 dollars may do the trick, i would build it yourself. vista is not mandatory at all, things will look fine in dx9 in xp. Im sticking with xp for a while.
