why everyone is whining? if u can't compete for the 3 prizes,focus on other thing,specially the trox and exa loot pool, will be filled and every1 has a chance of some uberloots, i'd be happy of a uberloot on a trox or a exa during the event time,so why complain? what do everyone expect? MA handling for free LA's and ubergear to every1 who can't compete on this? wake up please.

In the past 3 years, I could have made time for a 10 day event almost anytime. This is like the only time I won't be able to make enough time to really try to win, and I refuse to cheat (have people play my acct). It really sucks that it is set up with NO time restriction for 10 days - Too long imo, but some disagree, so perhaps I just feel that way because it doesn't suit me atm.

Haha, I love the event idea, but MA is basically the Grinch trying to steal Christmas this year from many families. Yeah, I'm fuckin hardcore, but I have a sister and family that I love very much and value 1000000x more than winning a LA.

Even if MA didn't want to show the scoring as we progress through this event, I do hope they will keep us updated on who is in something like the top 10, even if they don't let us know how many points those participants have.

OK I have taken the time to read every post....grrrrr...it chewed into my game time BUT......

There are a few things that I would like cleared up.......

The whole team thing ....... there is a sure fire way to cheat with this...and no I am not going to enlighten you because I dont want the competition..... (NO I DONT WANT TO CHEAT BUT I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO)

WILL TALLY'S REMAIN INDIVIDUAL TO STOP THIS CHEATING BEING POSSIBLE...

DONT FORGET MA MANY OF YOU MOST DEDICATED PLAYERS ARE NOT RICH IRL AND THIS IS GOING TO BE WORTH A LITTLE *COUGH* RISK TO THEM...

I am a disabled single mum and a heart failure patient.....that is why I can play for so many hrs...

I have worked my arse off ingame for the past 2.5yrs to get to where I am on ltd funds......

You have just dropped the opportunity for me to win MASSES of RL money just by extending my gametime to 24hrs for the 10 days....

Winning this would be nice, sure. But I like that it's geared towards seeing what kind of stuff your made of. As already stated, there's enough in EU based on luck. Something based on endurance, perserverance, determination and strategy is much more to my liking.

I don't own a mod merc. Far from it. However, I don't need a mod merc to take down an exa young with one shot!

I think its a nice initiative by MA. If it is a successful moneymaker for them then I would imagine that they would have more like it. I mean other companies would love to have this opportunity- have an interest generating competition that costs them nothing. Give a 30K prize that they have to pay nothing for. Its a good step for them lets hope it continues.

IMO ubers hunting Mulaak would have the toughest time. They will have to worry about each other as well as anyone else who pops up. I mean there is nothing stopping people getting together in large groups and going out there just to screw around. This would make them take a break to deal with everyone. I would think it would be more beneficial to them to find nice trox spawns and tank them than to go somewhere where they have to worry about green dots on the radar too. I would have to imagine that someone with a mm killing trox young would be quicker than the spawn meaning that they wont constantly have a mob to shoot at though Im not sure because Ive never played with a mm . They have an advantage as they should have but its not as great as many have made it out to be. A player with a mad4 who is willing to forgo sleep and family will still have a shot too which opens it up. Though I wont be able to play I hope everyone has fun and does things responsibly.
