wouldn't mind - but ... how does it really work? does MA count your mobs killed automaticly or something? Which means you are joining no matter what???

I looted some neat pieces of papers .. doesn't that count somehow ?

I really like this event except for the fact that only a few 24/7 players will make a chance at winning this. this could be me being pessimistic but from seeing the replies I am not the only one.
I work for the next 7 days straight (yes also during the hollidays....) so I shit out of luck even if I would get serious on trying to win this.

hmmm i cant turn my nose up at a chance to win a LA so i think im gona give this comp a try, ive got a few hundred ammo, but if the exas loot me well i do have a chance

Stupid time to do such an event as well. Christmas is time for family, not forcing some to hunt 24/7.

Plus I bet with lag and MA's track record they wont record kills properly and it will turn into a farse.

If the contest is 10 days or something like it appears. Some different scenarios can occur.

1) Someone could try so hard to win this thing that they actually die from playing too much. It is really more possible than MA or the community might think with such a high prize awarded.

As a result of those 2 problems, I'd suggest that MA at least put some restrictions for time allowed to play. For example, the choice of EITHER 18:00-22:00 as hunting time or 22:00-2:00 - or something like that. Windows of time where hunting for the points is allowed.

Otherwise, it becomes an event where I'd actually consider giving my User/Password to a friend as well as some GC codes and having them play when I sleep. This isn't the idea of the event as we can all agree, and I'd hope MA would correct this before the event starts. Infinite time hunting for 10 days seems crazy. I know other people have great events, but the prizes are never as high as this event states. People do crazy things for money, and I expect nothing less here.

As Dub already said, Grats Angel & Gem. Angel could have his brother play his account as well as his dad. There's no way anyone could compete with that. NO WAY.

Heh, to make matters worse, Gem can just fap Angel all day on Mulaak'f.
