So it's any 6 hours in 24 from the start time?

As far as I see that means you can play any time of day (or split it) as long as you don't go over 6 a day in total? 1800 today to 1800 tommorrow being one period, any 6 within that is fine and doesn't mean missing any social activity IRL if you simply get up early or split your times well.

Actually logging on and staying logged on however may be tricky

Session timer along with the MA time function is going to be vital here isn't it?

Auction is going to die a little though methinks...anyone online too busy to spend much time watching that closely ?

You want people in game to make your company money so then you force them not to be if they want to take part?! Confused anyone? I know I am. I was so looking forward to this but now I really couldn't care less.

People have been saying that Ubers will win, but seriously, I can't wait to see how many of them can actually stick to only playing for 6 out of 24 hours. A lot of people who hunt also have businesses in game to run. If they do manage to stick it out I wonder how many empty shops there will be that are normally regularly stocked with crafted items for hunting and mining?

Seems to me those who normally play daily for 6 hours max have the best chance. Anyway, best of luck to those taking part and it will be interesting to see the results.

they should make it 6h every friday for 10 weeks insted of a bunch of days in a row... during a big hollyday ><

anyway, rules are rules and if we cant live by it then we dont have to participate, the choise is still ours! Do you prio the chanse to win this or to do other stuff online?

Sidenote:

I offered my service as a mob runner to some person I know very well in game with an mod merc... And I will gather enuff other persons as well to keep him/her feeded with mobs for a 6 hrs period every time, just not the new year time period.

At least I can "participate" and still be in game for longer than MA wants me to

I think people like you ARE the reason why there is a healthy 6h max time. Else, there would be no need since most know whats still "ok"....

Then don't forget to keep deducting another minute for each time you CTD but your avatar is still logged into the game
