Gold Card activation via this website is temporarily unavailable. Customers that have purchased and received new Gold Cards are therefore asked to contact the Support Dept. for manual activation.

Activation will be available via this website again as soon as possible.

I did order my Gold Card early december and did not received it yet.
The item is still in my storage so i guess they did not ship it yet.

Maybe it is related.

What is the usual delivery date of a Gold Card in Europe ?

I ordered my goldcard late december, received it last tuesday. Activation did not work, but support activated it manually, and now it works

I got it to Lithuania in a week after item disapearance in my inventory, maybe even faster, don't remember exact

i waited a long time for mine... got irritated and made a support case and recived the goldcard the day after.
