24/7 Support is great, but I'd first like the quality of 8/5 support increased.
Quantity is no replacement for quality. Afterall, what good is a cut-and-paste response given to me at 2 AM rather than 2 PM? Cut-and-paste is fine as long as the content is pretinent and helpful as I'm sure many players will be experiencing the same problems. Overall I've found support is eventually good. They were very quick when I was reporting hunting-bots. Other cases have involved matters that only the devs can do in a patch and so there was only so much they could do at the time. I have see other cases reported by people here that I was dismayed at, though, to be fair, I often find that crucial pieces of info seem to be missing from players when presented by players... |

or just run the support desk 24/7. Having support in another country can create problems. To be sure, the volume of complaints is probabaly less than most other MMO's just by virtue of the REAL size of the community.
As they expand into other countries, however, they will need to have more and more multi-lingual support. |
