I noticed no change to their aggro, nor their attacks.

It makes them quite an interesting mob as they have pretty high HP so can presumably drop some really big loots, but are relatively easy to survive (with Zombie+5B I barely had to fap so you could manage with less than that quite comfortably). Makes it an interesting option for people who can't cope with the big HP, big damage mobs, although the regeneration means you really need a big dmg/sec gun. I'd say with P5a+106 they're regenerating at least 10 shots worth before you kill it.

Why is it that every VU makes more money for MA and ruins the experience of hunting/mining/crafting for players.. For once ide like to see a VU that does something positive for the gaming experience rather than adding new skins and textures for that table sitting in the apartment..

Last i checked, tantillions have a normal attack rate. This should only affect aurlis, hogglos, and such.

Combined with the increased mob density at CP, though, that could be some serious mangling on me next time i go there.

Adj FAPs, probably. :P

It's a way to stretch out the range of mobs to raise the bar. It will allow old school guns to gradually become less useful and permit newer, high-end SIB weapons to be introduced that aren't massive overkill.

It's just taken longer for them to move in that direction than i expected (e.g. they described the process in the last skill nerf VU a year ago).

I went to Troy,
traded with socmate,
jumped into tp for Nea's,
hit the "go" button,
ctd ,
now ctd everytime I log in.

guess this vu will save me money. finally, something good for the players.

Yes, valid point and very much relevant now. I'm not sure how easy it will be to test this as individual loots are very varied compared with when Witte first tested it ages ago and found loot depended on damage done rather than HP. On the plus side for the testing, its easy to do loads of extra damage now - just stand in front of an ambu shooting with a 15dmg/sec wep and you'll never kill it

I did a 320 PED total hunt, were a few server crashes/resets during it and I don't know how that affects loot but got 285 PED loot back which isn't bad with no big loots.
